THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS ORGANISATION IS:

To Broadcast on DAB Digital Radio on Channel ‘Asian Plus’ and also on www.sanskarradio.com every day from 7. 00 am till 9.00 p.m. every day of the Year,

We did NO Road show This year.

Our listenership/following are on the increase, and we are very pleased with the Feedback that we receive.

Our presenter’s team consists of 31 Voluntary members who produce their programme day in day out without expecting any monetary reward.

We manage and run this Radio Station with the help of Donations, Sponsors and Advertisement Revenue received from our listeners and well- wishers through out the year.

At present the people in the East Midlands can listen to us on the Radio, through the Website and one day we wish that every Hindu living in the U.K. should be able to listen to us. However, listeners from far counties like Africa, Australia, Europe, New Zealand, USA and even India hear us on the Website and interact with us.

Recently our team members expressed their concern as the “Landlord” (without any notice), increased “Advertising & Promotional Work” charge by 22% and approx. 53%of the current invoice, and recommended a search for another reasonable priced premises.

We are always seeking financial support from Generous Well wishers or Organisations to achieve our Goal, which is:

To help the lonely & housebound Elderly members of Our Community.
To make the new young Generation aware of our good virtues of our culture and Religion.
And make every Hindu feel proud of being a Hindu.
