charity; however,
we form part ofthe
London Borough ofRichmond
Upon Thames Council's
Community
Independent
Living Services (CILS)which
is outsourced
to Age
UK. Age UK manage the grant payment
to us on behalf ofthe
borough
and we provide quarterly

All new trustees are offered training
by Richmond

a volunteer's
hand book and a number ofpolicies which they have
to have regard too, such as safeguarding,
whistle
blowing,
complaints
and health and safety which they sign up to as trustees.
