Age UK manage the grant payment<br>to us on behalf ofthe<br>borough<br>and we provide quarterly<br>reports back to AGE UK.|

We have<br>a volunteer's<br>hand book and a number ofpolicies which they have<br>to have regard too, such as safeguarding,<br>whistle<br>blowing,<br>complaints<br>and health and safety which they sign up to as trustees.<br>Ongoing<br>training<br>is provided as required.|

|Summary ofthe objects of<br>the charity set out in its<br>governing<br>document<br>To relieve the needs of elderly<br>people,<br>disabled<br>people, one parent<br>families<br>and others<br>in need,<br>within<br>the community<br>of Whitton<br>and Heathfield<br>and the<br>surrounding<br>areas of Richmond<br>upon Thames,<br>by the provision<br>of practical<br>help, support,<br>advice and care.|

We run outings<br>and tea parties each year to improve<br>well-being<br>and<br>interaction,<br>and a weekly coffee morning.|
