TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, IN THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT DISTRICT OF WEST MERSEA, COLCHESTER, ESSEX AND ITS ENVIRONS, IN THE APPRECIATION AND PRACTICE OF DRAMA, MUSIC AND THE PERFORMING ARTS.2. TO ASSIST YOUNG PEOPLE, ESPECIALLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THROUGH LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO AS TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND BECOME VALUED MEMBERS OF SOCIETY.

**Activities:** Dynamite Drama hold weekly evening meeting where members learn, practice and rehearse all aspects of the performing arts.  The group produces two shows; one big, one small annually. Members are involved in all aspects of production, encouraging confidence and self esteem. Our aim is to develop members understanding of all the performing arts and perform in a production themselves.
