THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATIONS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE. C.
