The trustees are elected and operate in accordance with the trust deed and governing constitution of the charity. Ob'ects of the chari Madinatul Khairi Al Islami works with partner organisations to cary out their projects in order to achieve common goals. The partner organisations include educational institutions as well as other nongovemmental charitable organisations. The objects of the charty are". To provide educational support to poor children of deprived families through our 'education project,, 'orphan sponsorship project, and Tinancial support for the poor children's families,. Building shelter for the homeless through our 'housing project,. To provide safe and clean water in deprived areas through our 'water project,. To work for the eradication of poverty through international assisted programmes through 'winter projects,, 'qurbani project, and 'emergency projects,. The relief of poverty, sickness and distress by providing mediGal treatment support to the needy through 'medical project,. The promotion of good health, education and any such other purpose deemed charitable by the law of England and Wales as the trustees shall from time to time determine. ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORMANCE Education and or hans onsorshi ro ects: Our education and orphan sponsorship projects support children from poor backgrounds with their educational needs i.e. providing books, pencils and other educational materials. We also provide financial support to Ihe families of these poor children, who otherwise would send their children to work as child labourer. We also provide sponsorship to poor children so that they can have a chance to educate themselves and change the future of their deprived families.

The Trustees are responsible for keeping proper accounting records which disclose with reasonable accuracy of the financial position of the charity and which enable them to both ascertain the financial position of the charity and which enable them to ensure that the financial statements comply with applicable law, regulations and trust deed. They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charity and hence for taking reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud and other irregularities. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/03/2023.

Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

Independent examiner's statement

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
