trust for the year ended 31 March 2021.

REPORT OF THE TRUSTEES
The Trustees have pleasure in presenting their report and the una￿lIted financial statements
of the charity for the year ended 31 March 2021.
Obiects of the chari
Madinatul Khairi Al Islami works with partner organtsations to carry out their projects in order
to achieve common goals. The partner organisations include educational institubons as well
as other nongovemmental charitable organisats"ons.
The objects of the charity are.
To provide educational support to poor children of deprived families through our
'education project.. 'orphan sponsorship projecf and ￿nancIal support for the poor
children's families,.
Building shdter for the homeless through our'housing proiecr.
To provide safe and clean water in deprived areas through our %yater project,.
To work for the eradication of povety through intemational assisted programmes
through 'winter projects,, 'qurbani project. and 'emergency projects..
The relsef of poverty, sickness and distress by providing medical treatment support to
the needy through 'medical pn)Jecr.
The promotion of good health, education and any such other purpose deemed
tharttabfe by the law of England and Wales as the trustees shall from time to time
detemine.

Our education and orphan sponsorship prciects support children from poor backgrounds with
their educational needs i.e. providing books, pencils and other educational materials. We also
provide finanaal support to the families of these poor children, who other%￿se woukl send their
children to work as child labourer. We also provide sponsorship to poor thildren so that they
can have a chance to educate themselves and chaNJe the future of their deprived families.

In accordan￿ with tharty law, the Trustees are responsibl8for preparing the charity accounts
for each financial year. The Trustees are responsible for k*ping proper accounting records
which disclose with reasonable accuracy of the financial position of the charity and which
enable them to both aS￿rtain the financial posttion of the charity and which enable them to
ensure that the financial statements compty with applicable law, regulations and trust deed.
They are also responsible for safeguarding the assets of the charty aThJ heno for taking
reasonable steps for the prevention and detection of fraud aThJ other irregularities.
