## Activities

**Objects:** (1) The promotion of community participation in healthy recreation in particular by the facilitation of swimming lessons in East Sussex.(2) The preservation of human life by the teaching and practice of swimming, diving, water safety, life saving, resuscitation and/or survival in the water.

**Activities:** To teach children from the age of 5yrs - 16yrs to swim, dive, lifesave and survival. At the age of sixteen we train them to become basic swim teachers. We are all volunteers.
