## **Achievements and Performance**
During the year, Baylham Village Hall con�nued to be used for a variety of community ac�vi�es including monthly coffee mornings, bar nights and the village quiz as well as being used by a local table tennis club and fitness instructor. The hall underwent a major refurbishment during the year which meant that it was closed for part of the year.
## **Financial Review**
The hall's finances this year are unique due to the building project undertaken this year. The amounts of money received and spent are huge compared to the usual running expenses and income of the hall. Monies were received from Community Infrastructure Levy and awards from the locality budgets of District and County Councillors. The project also involved the hall being closed which has affected the income from activities during the year.
