Objects: 4.0 Objects 4.1 The Charity's Exclusively Charitable Objects Are Specifically Restricted To The Following:4.1.1 The Promotion Of The Voluntary Sector For The Benefit Of The Public, By: (a) Making Best Practice In Corporate Social Responsibility Easily Accessible To Companies Through Peer-To-Peer Knowledge Sharing In Order To Effectively Promote Ethical Standards And Increase Positive Impact On Communities And The Environment; And(b) The Promotion Of The Voluntary Sector For The Benefit Of The Public By Promoting Charitable Giving By Companies And Organisations And Encouraging Individuals To Participate In Voluntary Work, Providing Education And Training On Subjects Relevant To The Efficiency Of The Voluntary Sector And Assisting In The Provision Of Financial, Technical And Other Resources To The Voluntary Sector;4.1.2 Such Other Charitable Objects As The Directors Shall Consider Appropriate. 4.2 The Charity Shall Further The Above Objects Exclusively For The Benefit Of The Public In The United Kingdom And Elsewhere In Accordance With The Law Of Charity Of England And Wales.4.3 For The Purpose Of This Clause, "the Voluntary Sector" Means Charities And Voluntary Organisations. "charities" Are Organisations Which Are Established For Exclusively Charitable Purposes In Accordance With The Law Of England And Wales. "voluntary Organisations" Are Independent Organisations Which Are Established For Purposes That Add Value To The Community As A Whole, Or A Significant Section Of The Community, And Which Are Not Permitted By Their Constitution To Make A Profit For Private Distribution.
