of innovation to provide quality remote learning for our $¢udents. Our NCS team engaged with 285 young people

2021 has been a difficult year for c*aril*s as the pandern￿ Is affecting the economy and all a￿aS ol society. Our
fundraising model based on generabng Income from grants and paid Servi￿ the￿(0￿ we have been successful
in raising a record Income of £2.012.988. Exptrnditure for the year was £1,801,251 which equated to 89.5Q/o of
Income. Wages lo turnover was a ￿althY 62. IUA. Pkasingly. there has i*en growth ifi ihe number of full-time
staff trom 39 to 46.
