The Company, which was established for charitable purposes only, has continued to provide a means for bringing to the attention of the inhabitants of the area the work of creative artists in all fields of the arts.
No invoices have been raised; all income is in the form of donations made to the Company and is all utilised to enable the charitable purpose of the Company to be continued.

For the year ending 28th February 2024 the Company was entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
The members have not required the Company to obtain an audit in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.
The Directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts:
