## **TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT** ## **YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2025** ## **THE TRUSTEES** The Trustees who served the charity during the period were as follows: Yasin Abdirizak Ali, Jalfar Abdirahman, Said Hamed, Haabil Haabil, Ali Yussuf, and Khadra Amin ## **PUBLIC BENEFIT STATEMENT, OBJECTIVES & ACTIVITIES** In setting out the objectives and planning the activities, the Trustees have given careful consideration to complying with the duty in Section 4 of the Charities Act 2006 to have regard to the public benefit guidance published by the charity Commission, All our project and services have continued to grow as well as some new benefitting the community. In keeping with the objectives, we continue to develop our facilities for advancement of the religion of Islam, advancement of education for local community people. The charity carried out wide range of activities in pursuance of its charitable objectives. The Trustees consider that these activities have benefitted the wider community of Northamptonshire. The Madrasah has since been a place of education and learning for the local community. Al Iman also provides social culture and recreational activities, religious studies, Charity work and funeral services The mission of Al Iman society of Northamptonshire is to be highly regarded provider of resources to the children and families. We strive to support, educate, protect, and extend opportunities and services to those who are in need. ## **ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCES** Al Iman society of Northamptonshire continue to progress due to increase number of activities. The Madrasah which is our main income generating venture still continue online since September 2034 as the ongoing building and renovation work is still ongoing despite the promises from the builder that it will be completed soon As a result, the number of the students attending online has reduced up to less than 50% of the overall register. Some students opted out and joined other Madrasah This also affected the enrolment of new students as we were unable to enrol any new students for the last two years from September 2024. With all the setbacks, we manage to achieve the following: - Our Madrasah was able to continue providing Islamic education to our children in Northamptonshire through online platforms. - We managed to organise two fundraising events for ladies and their children to raise funds for our charity projects. - Our Ramadan Food Pack program 2025 was conducted successfully as over 200 food pack were distributed to the poor and the needy in Tanzania, East Africa - We have continued supporting funerals and bereavement for the families who lost their loved ones. - We have started working on our bereavement scheme to improve services and overall management of the scheme. A task force was set up to oversee this. Again, 2025 was a year in which we strove to do our utmost in promoting Islamic knowledge, which remains our primary focus. We also continued to provide muchneeded services and support to our community wherever possible. One of the major challenges we faced, however, was that many of our activities had to be delivered online rather than face to face. While this limited personal interaction, we remained committed to ensuring that our educational programmes, community services, and support continued uninterrupted, reaching as many people as possible despite the circumstances. ## **FINANCIAL REVIEW** The income is generated from donations collected from Muslim people supporting our charitable causes. We did not receive any funding or grants from local government or nationally. The incoming resources are detailed and explained upon in the financial statements. Signed on behalf of the trustees.
