The services are particularly targeted at people who experience disadvantages in term of poverty, health, isolation and social exclusion.Enable access to services including fitness,exercises,healthier eating, farming of own produce, relexation techniques such as yoga and meditations.

The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Those Persons Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances.
