Objects: (i) To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Skelton, North Skelton, New Skelton And Skelton Green (hereinafter Called "the Area Of Benefit") For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have The Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants;(ii) Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of An Activity Centre (hereinafter Called "the Centre") And To Maintain Or Manage The Same (whether Alone Or In Co-Operation With Any Local Authority Or Other Person Or Body) In Furtherance Of These Objects;(iii) To Promote The Advancement Of Education In The Area Of Benefit; And(iv) Promote Such Other Charitable Purposes As May Be From Time To Time Determined.
