|||||AGM due to COVID was carried out via ZOOM with only 24 members|

|||||Our Treasurer<br>resigned<br>in December 2020 and we are actively trying to|

|||||We updated our Charitable<br>Purposes to bring them in line with Third Age|
|||||Trust/Charity<br>Cornrnission<br>recommendations.<br>These amendments<br>were|
|||||approved atthe AGM on4May 2021|
|||||Committee<br>approved<br>the use of Online meeting<br>during the pandemic.|
|||||The provision to use Online and Hybrid meetings was also incorporated|
|||||into the Constitution<br>atthe AGM in May 2021|
|||||The Coffee Morning re-started<br>in September 2021.<br>A lot ofgroups had|
|||||closed or paused following COYID. At present we have approximately<br>40|
|||||groups operating.<br>We hope to continue to re-open previously<br>closed or|
|||||paused groups in the future.|
