**Objects:** TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND PROMOTE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH BY THE PROVISION OF INCLUSIVE CONFIDENTIAL COUNSELLING AND THERAPEUTIC SERVICES TO PEOPLE WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM STRESS, ANXIETY OR TRAUMA, ARISING IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, FROM BEREAVEMENT, MARITAL DIFFICULTIES, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, BULLYING, REDUNDANCY, PHOBIAS, ADDICTIONS, SUBSTANCE MISUSE, OR EATING DISORDERS.

**Activities:** We provide counselling and one to one or group support to people of all ages, who have issues around mental health, domestic violence, relationship problems, emotional and/or physical trauma.  We offer a drop-in service that gives additional support to people between sessions.  We work with all ages and specialise in working with young people who are or have lived in a domestic violence family.
