It is with grÈat sadness th￿ we have fo rewrtthe passing of our President. David Laing CBE. Dawd was an
enthu51a5tic supporter and frFend of the choir anij will be greatty missed.
We also have to report the sad loss of two of ourvice Presidents during 2023. Mike Davis was a leading membei of
the choir for 66 years and Richard Christopher previously served as MuS￿al DirÈttor. Both rnade significant
contributions to the success of the choir.

2023 was a busyand successful year..
We continued to run two choirs. Northampton Malevoice Choir INMVC) and NMVC Lite.
Both choirs rehearsed regularfy duringthe yearand both Lknir5 perfornied in concerts
and in fe5tivaLs.
We perfom7ed at 32 everts during the year induth.ng Chri5tTna5 concert and
conterts with vi5itin8 Male Voice Choirs. Anumberof the concerts were performedto
help local charities and good taU5e5 fdise fundL Money raised byth05e organtsations
from our ￿rfOrmant￿% is e5brnated at £81MM).
Dufiiigthe year we donated £IOOOto Prostste Cancer UK. £5￿t0 Parkinsons UK and
£is(K)to the Northarnpton Heatth Charity Da￿¥ Appeal_
Our annual tour was to Durhatn. We Ferforn)ed in Rip[￿ Cathedrdl on the way an¢J with
choirs from Sunderland tjurham raisire nKJney fortheir local causes.
