Trustee Recrultment and Training

The Board agreed to the r￿W ￿5t of VI￿ Chair. This will not thy Kmide a deputy in the absence of the
chair but wll also enable an aspiring chair to gain experience and in%ghl into the charity prior to the a&%umption
of Ihe chair's role. inclu¢Jing as a member ol the Exeojtive Committee. It is inter¥JgJ to invite nominations for
