Activities

The Club provides information in interpreted talks, social activities, meetings, trips out to various places of interest. We meet in the upstairs lounge of Cramlington Working Mans Club on Thursday evenings from 7pm -11pm. All D/deaf, HoH and Hearing welcome. We have had local councils / Fire service / police / health service visits to find out what they can do to help the deaf with any problems.

Objects: 1. To Provide Social, Recreational And Educational Activities For Deaf People Living In Northumberland Regardless Of Race, Religion, Creed, Disability, Sex, Sexual Orientation Or Family Circumstances;2. The Preservation And Protection Of The Good Health Of The Families, Friends And Carers Of Deaf Persons By The Provision Of Advice, Support And Information On Deaf Issues.3. To Promote Any Charitable Purpose For People Who Are Deaf And Suffering From Hearing Impairment With The Object Of Improving Their Quality Of Life.
