**Objects:** TO PROVIDE A VILLAGE HALL KNOWN AS "ASTLEY SCOUT & GUIDE HEADQUARTERS" FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE INHABITANTS AND IN PARTICULAR, BUT WITHOUT PREJUDICE TO THE GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE ASTLEY SCOUT AND GUIDE GROUPS(2)  THE PROMOTION OF OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THE CHARITY THINKS FIT PARTICULARLY FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY OF THE AREA OF BENEFITTHE AREA OF BENEFIT SHALL CONSTITUTE THE PARISH OF ST STEPHEN, ASTLEY AND ITS SURROUNDS AND THE OBJECTS SHALL BE FURTHERED WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS.
