**Objects:** *  TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE RAILWAY HERITAGE OF SHREWSBURY AND ITS REGION THROUGH LECTURES, PUBLICATIONS AND OTHER MEANS*  TO ESTABLISH AND MAINTAIN A MUSEUM FOR THE CARE, DISPLAY AND INTERPRETATION OF MATERIAL EVIDENCE OF THE RAILWAY HERITAGE OF SHREWSBURY AND ITS REGION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT.*  TO PRESERVE, OR SUPPORT THE PRESERVATION OF, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CITIZENS OF SHREWSBURY AND OF THE NATION AT LARGE, WHATEVER OF THE HISTORICAL, ARCHITECTURAL AND CONSTRUCTIONAL HERITAGE RELATING TO RAILWAYS MAY EXIST IN AND AROUND SHREWSBURY IN THE FORM OF BUILDINGS AND OTHER STRUCTURES (INCLUDING ANY BUILDINGS AS DEFINED IN SECTION 336(1) OF THE TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 SECTION 91 OF THE PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS AND CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990 AND IN SECTION 39 OF THE PLANNING (HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES) ACT 1990 OF PARTICULAR BEAUTY OR HISTORICAL, ARCHITECTURAL OR CONSTRUCTIONAL INTEREST.
