The charity (RPFI) aims to offer helpful responses to mental health problem5 whether caused by mental illness, drug addictlon,
leaming difficulties or deprivation aThJ abuse.
Signiflcant actlvlties
The charity run5 res￿entIal ￿leS In South West London, proV￿1ng therapeutic servi￿$ for adults recovenrwJ from mental health
problems, for adults wlth m(xierate learnlng dlfficulties and those with lewr deP￿encY r£eds but unable to INe alone.
Following a number of years of operatlng defidts the charity has succeeded in congjlidatlro its artlvlues in order that it shjuld be
able to produ￿ small operatlng surpluses In the futu￿.
The Whlte House In Twickenham Is a well-esiablished and hlghly valued dual facility for eight adult learnlng-disabled residents.
Currently, resldents live In the care home and three In an ad￿in1r¥j Supportlve LlvlrvJ Unlt. The charity has been successful In
maintaining hlgh levels of occupancy throughout the year.
The charity Is subject to extemal monitorfng by the CQC and its provlslon is currently rated as gcpjd.
Public benefft
The Trustees have had regard to the Charity Commission guidan￿ on public benefit in planning the actlvlties of the charlty.

The charlty 15 commltted to providing hlgh quallty facilitles for resklents and has uThJertaken slgnifKant Investment In malntsinir¥J
and upgrading the propeity for the benefit of its residents.

levels of cccupancy. Finding adequate numbers of sultabty qualified staff at reasonable cost may become a slgnificant issue in the
