**Objects:** 3. OBJECTSThe objects for which the Company is established are to advance public education and to promote for the benefit of the public the conservation, protection and sustainable management of the natural environment in regions with high biodiversity.  We will do this through building capacity relating to the ecology, conservation and management of tropical and other biodiverse-rich ecosystems by the following means: (a) establishing, supporting and carrying-out demand-driven programs in education and research;(b) building the capacity of institutions responsible for teaching, conservation and research;(c) maintaining a global network; and(d) carrying-out other general activities in the area of education, research and conservation of biodiversity.
