**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF PUPILS IN THE SCHOOL IN PARTICULAR BY(1)  DEVELOPING EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIPS BETWEEN THE STAFF PARENTS AND OTHERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SCHOOL;(2)  ENGAGING IN ACTIVITIES OR PROVIDING FACILITIES OR EQUIPMENT WHICH SUPPORT THE SCHOOL AND ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS.

**Activities:** Raises money to buy materials and provide events and services for the children and parents of Cottingley Village Primary school.  Money donated to school in the past to buy gardening and playground equipment, lunchbox trolleys, curtains etc and money provided to pay for a magic show for the children, materials for the Woolly Wonders club, vests for the running club and benches for the playground.
