**Objects:** TO PROVIDE AND MANAGE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY IN THE TOWN OF RUGELEY AN OPEN SPACE, OR SPACES, WHICH SHALL BE USED FOR THE LEISURE AND RECREATION OF THE INHABITANTS OF RUGELEY AND SURROUNDING AREAS.TO PROMOTE AND ORGANISE CO-OPERATION IN THE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE ABOVE PURPOSES AND TO THAT END TO BRING TOGETHER IN THE ASSOCIATION REPRESENTATIVES OF THE STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS ENGAGED IN THE FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE PURPOSES WITHIN THE TOWN OF RUGELEY.
