**Objects:** TO ASSIST IN THE ALLEVIATION OF POVERTY IN ETHIOPIA BY WAY OF SOLVING THE BURDEN OF THE MOST MARGINALIZED GROUP OF WOMEN AND CHILDREN IN PARTICULAR AND THE COMMUNITY AT LARGE THROUGH AN INTEGRATED RURAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME, FOCUSING ON SEVEN MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS INCLUDING THE PROVISION OF HEALTH AND EDUCATION FACILITIES, AGRICULTURE AND FOOD SECURITY PROGRAMS, WATER SUPPLY AND SANITATION, INFRASTRUCTURE, COMMUNITY SKILLS DEVELOPMENT AND INCOME GENERATING ACTIVITIES WITH FULL INVOLVEMENT OF THE BENEFICIARY COMMUNITIES.

**Activities:** Complete the construction of clean water supply system. Construct classrooms to provide non-formal education both for children and adults and provide tutorial, basic and life skills. Introduce/promote indigenous plantation/vegetables and train farmers to enable replica. Engaging in advocacy and lobbying to achieve policy and infrastructural changes.
