**Objects:** TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PEOPLE WITH LEARNING DISABILITIES WHO ARE OVER THE AGE OF SIXTEEN BY SUPPORTING ACTIVITIES WHICH INVOLVE THESE PEOPLE IN THEIR COMMUNITY AND SOCIETY IN GENERAL IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITION OF LIFE.THESE OBJECTS SHALL BE FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE, OR WERE IN THE PAST, RESIDENT IN THE CATCHMENT AREA OF GROVEHILL CENTRE.

**Activities:** To support with grants adults as individuals or groups with a learning disability/ difficulty who are, or were in the past, resident in the East Riding of Yorkshire. Such as projects, holidays, outings, and a wide range of community activity. Not those which should be supported by public sector.
