**Objects:** 1  TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT THE OSWESTRY STATION BUILDING, TO SAFEGUARD THE LOCAL AND RAILWAY HERITAGE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE WHO LIVE IN, WORK IN AND VISIT OSWESTRY BOROUGH.2  TO DEVELOP AND PROMOTE A CENTRE FOR CHARITABLE AND SOCIAL ENTERPRISE AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE IT WHETHER ALONE OR IN COOPERATION WITH ANY LOCAL AUTHORITY OR OTHER PERSON OR BODY IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECTS.3  TO PROMOTE AND FOSTER THE STATION BUILDING TO ENCOURAGE ITS USE BY AS WIDE AN AUDIENCE AS POSSIBLE.4  TO PROVIDE A HISTORIC AND A MODERN OVERVIEW OF THE TOWN, ITS HINTERLAND AND THE CONNECTIONS BETWEEN THE TWO, SO THAT IT CAN BE BETTER UNDERSTOOD, APPRECIATED AND ENJOYED BY THOSE WHO LIVE IN, WORK IN OR VISIT THE BOROUGH.5 TO DEVELOP AND PROMOTE EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES SURROUNDING THE CULTURAL AND HERITAGE ASPECTS OF OSWESTRY BOROUGH.6 TO PROMOTE SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED.
