TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE YOUNG PEOPLE OF HARVINGTON AND SURROUNDING VILLAGES IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE MORE ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND HELP MEET, THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.
