**Objects:** 1) THE RELIEF OF POVERTY, HARDSHIP AND DISTRESS AMONG CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN GHANA, BY THE ASSISTING IN THE ESTABLISHMENT, EQUIPMENT AND UPKEEP OF AN ORPHANAGE AND THE PROVISION OF SPONSORSHIP FOR ITS INHABITANTS. 2)TO RELIEVE SUFFERING OF CHILDREN AND THEIR FAMILIES AND DEPENDANTS WHO ARE LIVING WITH OR AFFECTED BY HIV/AIDS.3) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC INTO THE CAUSES, TREATMENT, RESEARCH AND WAY OF COPING WITH AND PREVENTION OF HIV/AIDS.

**Activities:** We assist in the relief of suffering children & their families who are living with or are affected by HIV/AIDS. Support initiatives designed to educate the public into causes treatment research & ways of coping and the prevention of HIV/AIDS. Raising funds for the construction development of an orphanage & a school 's IT training suite utilising renewable energy sources to power the suite in Ghana
