The work towards achieving these objective5 is being carried out in Nepal. Trustees ￿iSe funds from larger anirna] welfare organisations and from individuals who support the objectives. The charity provides a collection point for donations before funds are transfe￿ed to Nepal. Significant artivities The Collection and administTation of funds continued. During the year a donation from the close of the Castanea Trust of £150,255. The trnstees of Himalayan Animal Treatment Centre UK decided to make a grant of this amount to The Chris Richardson Fund, of which the trustees are the same, charity number 1175308 whose objects are.. For the benefit of the public to relleve the Suffering of need ofcare and attention ond, i purticulur, tu providefocilitiesfor the reception, core, birth control uhd treotn7ent of such onimul3, and to promote humL7ne behaviour towords animols byproviding appropriL7te care ond treotmentforanimols which ore Rieed of care and ottentlon by reoson ofsickness etc. The charity ￿nSferred a total of £43,367 to reB￿stered animal welfare charities in Nepal. Public Benefit The trustees confirm that we have paid due regard to the Charity Commission guidance on public benefit reporbng in deciding what activities the charity should undertake.
