The charity has three main focus's at present:-Church Congregational LifeCommunity ProjectsChalkstone Community Centre
Objects: A) To Advance The Christian Faith In Accordance With The Statement Of Beliefs Appearing In The Schedule Hereto In Haverhill And The Surrounding Area And In Such Other Parts Of The United Kingdom Or The World As The Trustees May From Time To Time Think Fit And Other Such Purposes Which Are Exclusively Charitable According To The Law Of England And Wales And Are Connected With The Charitable Work Of The Charity;b) To Relieve Persons Who Are In Conditions Of Need Hardship Or Sickness And Who May Be Aged And To Relieve The Distress Caused Thereby In Haverhill And The Surrounding Area And In Such Other Parts Of The United Kingdom Or The World As The Trustees May From Time To Time Think Fit.(c) To Further Or Benefit The Residents Of Haverhill And The Surrounding Area By Associating Together The Said Residents And The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Objective Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Residents.
