||||||were closed by the Government.<br>The co-|
||||||ordinator for the primary school children has|
||||||worked to support those children as the|
||||||circumstances<br>have changed. Some children|
||||||had to be located after they had left the|
||||||homes to which they had been returned.|
||||||These have been housed<br>in rented rooms|
||||||where they can be supported<br>properly. The|
||||||primary<br>school re-opening<br>has been|
||||||sufficient to provide for the Primary 7classes|
||||||to progress to examinations<br>and so some|
||||||students<br>are anticipated<br>to move to|
||||||secondary<br>education<br>during 21/22. More|
||||||progress has been seen in the secondary|
||||||and university<br>levels and some students|

||||||AGLMUK fully funded the provision<br>offood|
||||||at Bulabakulu/WCSH<br>during 2014,2015and|
||||||2016.The trustees took the decision to seek|
||||||to withdraw<br>from Bulabakulu<br>by the end of|
||||||2022 and to therefore seek to gently reduce|
||||||payments<br>for items such as food in order to|
||||||get the Ugandan<br>partners to seriously<br>plan|
||||||for self-sustainability.<br>This programme<br>of|
||||||reduction<br>commenced<br>in 2017and|
||||||continued<br>incrementally<br>—until the school|
||||||management<br>decided to take a new|
||||||direction. This change effectively closed|
||||||WCSH and the need for food has been|
||||||reduced to cater only for a few families that|
||||||were left stranded<br>at Bulabakulu.<br>Covid 19|
||||||lock-down,<br>however,<br>brought<br>new|
||||||challenges<br>and AGLMUK has been able to|
||||||respond<br>by providing<br>food for some ofthe|
||||||families<br>in greatest need,<br>in and around|
||||||Bulabakulu.|

|dressing<br>and small appliance<br>repairs.|
|In addition to this, start-up grants have been|

|A regular supply ofmedicines,<br>clinic fees|

|Progress has been restricted<br>due to covid19|
|pandemic<br>and several courses and income|

|better times. There is money reserved<br>in the|
|bank account ofAGLMUK and once colleges|
