**Objects:** TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY OF LAKEVIEW ESTATE. IN FURTHERANCE OF THE AIM THE GROUP WILL IN, PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY; - 1. PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE RESIDENTS TO PARTICIPATE FULLY IN THE LIFE OF THEIR COMMUNITY, WORKING TOGETHER WITH OTHER AGENCIES. 2. DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE RESIDENTS SO THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND MEET THEIR OWN NEEDS AND SO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY. 3. FACILITATE THE PROVISION OF EDUCATION, TRAINING AND RETRAINING, PARTICULARLY WHERE LANGUAGE DIFFICULTIES EXIST. 4) PROMOTE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE LOCAL RESIDENTS, THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE PHYSICAL AND NATURAL ENVIRONMENT, PROVIDING RECREATIONAL FACILITIES, AND RECOGNISING THE NEEDS OF SOCIALLY DISADVANTAGED, ELDERLY OR INCAPACITATED.    1) PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR THE RESIDENTS TO PARTICIPATE FULLY IN THE LIFE
