**Objects:** A TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION, WITHIN THE UNITED KINGDOM, ABOUT THE CARIBBEAN AS A WHOLE AND ALL ITS CONSTITUENT PARTS;B TO ENCOURAGE AND DISSEMINATE RESEARCH ABOUT THE CARIBBEAN REGION AND STUDIES CONCERNING CARIBBEAN PEOPLES RESIDING WITHIN AND OUTSIDE THE CARIBBEAN AREA.

**Activities:** Promote Caribbean Studies, especially in the UK.  We organize an annual conference, and several regional seminars.  We also operate an email discussion list and have a website and regular newsletter.
