||**The principle objects of the Academy are:**<br>To promote the advancement of knowledge and education of the public in<br>occupational health psychology to improve workplace health, safety and<br>wellbeing.|
||**PURSUANCE OF OBJECTS**<br>In pursuance of this purpose, and no other, the Executive Committee of<br>the Academy exercises the following powers:<br>**a.** Maintain a code of conduct for the guidance of members and<br>contributors;<br>**b.** Keep a list of members with such particulars as the Executive<br>Committee shall decide;<br>**c.** Link occupational health psychology societies throughout the<br>world<br>and<br>co-operate<br>with<br>international<br>and<br>national,<br>governmental and non-governmental bodies with a view to<br>promote the purpose of the Academy;<br>**d.** Provide grants of money or support in kind for the purpose of<br>promoting occupational health psychology;<br>**e.** Arrange a biennial EAOHP conference to improve the scientific<br>debate on the promotion of occupational health psychology and<br>well-being<br>and<br>produce<br>high<br>quality<br>books<br>and<br>scientific<br>proceedings to accompany this event;<br>**f.** Arrange, provide for, or join in arranging and providing for the<br>organisation<br>of<br>other<br>conferences,<br>national<br>or<br>international<br>exhibitions,<br>meetings,<br>lectures,<br>classes<br>and<br>discussions<br>on<br>subjects of general and specific relevance to occupational health<br>psychology;<br>**g.** Print, publish and circulate, gratuitously or otherwise, and sell,<br>lend, issue and distribute, gratuitously or otherwise, papers,<br>treatises, books, pamphlets, leaflets, or communications made by<br>the Academy, or documents relating to the Academy, and any<br>reports ofthe proceedings and accounts oftheAcademy;|

## Achievements and performance 

- Delivered an international conference for some 245 delegates 

- **Summary of the main** (Online – from Nicosia, Cyprus 2020). The face to face 

- **achievements of the charity** conference was originally scheduled in April 2020 and was 

- **during the year** eventually postponed and organised as an online event in September 2020. 

- **Section E Financial review**  The charity trustees maintain a minimum sum of £4,975 as a 

- **Brief statement of the** reserve. **charity’s policy on reserves**  At the end of the financial year (01/01/2020-31/12/2020) the Academy had over £10,000 as reserve, held in its PayPal account in EURO, which will be transferred to a new EURO bank account in 2021. 

- Reserves are held in order to meet fluctuations in receipts or payments, to meet specific future needs, and to cover events and situations that may arise (contingencies and risks).

I report to the charity trustees on my examination of the receipts and payments accounls of
the charity for the year ended 31 December 2020.
Rosponsibilities and basis of report
As the charity's trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounls in accordance
with the requirements of the Charities Acl 20111.the Acl.).
I report in respecl of my examination of the charity's accounts carr￿d out under section 145
of the Act and in carrying out my examinalion I have followed all the applicable Directions
given by the Charity Commission under section 14515Xb) of the Act.
