To develop, co-ordinate & empower Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Trans (LGBT) communities, to challenge homophobia, heterosexism & transphobia. We celebrate ways LGBTQ people contribute to society, co-ordinate the activities of LGBTQ communities to influence policies and service provision, research & share best practice regarding work with LGBTQ communities, manage & develop an LGBQT community centre
