**Objects:** TO PROMOTE ALL ASPECTS OF MEDICAL AND DENTAL EDUCATION AT THE SAINT BARTHOLOMEW'S AND THE ROYAL LONDON SCHOOL OF MEDICINE AND DENTISTRY AND TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR RESEARCH IN AND THE ADVANCEMENT OF MEDICAL, DENTAL AND SURGICAL KNOWLEDGE AT THE SCHOOL.

**Activities:** The Charity owns land at Charterhouse Square and leases the majority of this at a peppercorn rent to Queen Mary and Westfield College ("the College") for the benefit of the Medical College of St Bartholomew's Hospital ("the School"), in furtherance of the Charity's objects. The Charity also makes grants to the College for the specific purposes of the School.
