Objects: A To Meet The Needs Of Disabled People Resident In The Metropolitan Borough Of Rochdale So As To Improve Their Quality Of Life By:i Promoting The Full And Equal Human And Civil Rights For Disabled People Through Representation, Consultation And Providing Or Assisting In The Provision Of Services;ii Representing Disabled People's Views On Access, Education, Transport, Employment, Health, Benefits, Housing And Leisure Services.iii Acting As A Consultation Body To Individuals, Statutory And Voluntary Organisations Or Other Concerned With Disabled People.iv Utilising Other Charitable Means That The Trustees From Time To Time Think Fit.b To Advance Public Education In The Field Of Welfare And Disability Rights.
