**Objects:** 1A TO PROMOTE ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF MINORITY ETHNIC COMMUNITIES IN WELLINGBOROUGH AND IN PARTICULAR THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, CULTURAL, SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC INCLUSION, THE PRESERVATION OF HEALTH, THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND DISTRESS , THE PROMOTION OF RACIAL EQUALITY AND HARMONY AND GOOD PRACTICE IN LAW AND JUSTICE IN RELATIONS TO SAID PERSONS.1B TO DEVELOP THE CAPACITY AND SKILLS OF THE MEMBERS OF THE MINORITY ETHNIC COMMUNITY IN WELLINGBOROUGH IN SUCH A WAY THAT THEY ARE BETTER ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND HELP MEET THEIR NEEDS AND TO PARTICIPATE MORE FULLY IN SOCIETY.

**Activities:** To advance the social, economic and general welfare of the Black and Minority Ethnic (BME) communities in Wellingborough and surrounding areas. In particular influence public policy and service design through collective voice, networking and supporting the development of community and voluntary groups with similar objects.
