Accounting Convention
The financial statements have been prepared underthe historical cc6t Convention, modffied by the
depreciation of fixed assèts, and in accordancè with the Statement of Recommended PracticÈ entttled
"Financial Reporting Standard 102°.
Company Status
The Company (company no 5676444. tharrty no 1115278} is a company limtted by guarantee. The
members of the Company are the Directors named as Trustees on Page i of the Report of the Trustees, to
which these statements are attathed. In the event of the Company being wound up, the liability
in respect of the guarantee is limited to £1 per member of the Company.
Depreciation
The fixed asset la piano situated in Pri(ws Hall. Winchester) is deprÈciatÈd * 5% per annum.
Income
All incoming resources are included vthen the Company is legally entitled to thè intome and the amount
can be quantified wtth reasonable accuracy.
Resources expended
All expenditure is accounted for on an a(uuals basis and has beÈn dassrfied under headiTV that aggregate
all Costs related to the category. Where costs cannot be attributed direcdy to particular headings they havè
been allocated to activities consistent with the use of resources. Governance costs are those
relating to the Q>mpany's Complian￿ with constitsthonal and statutory requirements.
Restricted funds areto be used for sp*ifiÈd purposes as laid dovm bythe donor. Expendtture meeting
these Criteria is identified to the fund. together with a frdir allocation of support costs. Unrestrirted funds
are made up of donations and other income received or generated for the furtheran￿ of the objects ofthe
Company wthout further specified purpose. and are awailable a5 eeneral resources.
2. Staff Costs
There were no staff costs incurred in the year. No remuneration or expenses were paid to Directors
nor to the Independent Examiner.

I report on the financial statements for the year to 31 December 2023.

The Charitys trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. The
trustees considèr that an audit is not required for this year under Section 144 of
the Charities Art 2011 IThe Act) and that an independent examination is needed.

Basis of Indepernlent Examin*s Statement
My examination was carried Olrt in accordan￿ with the General Dirertions given
by the Charity CommissiLM. An examination includes a review of the accounting
records kept by the Charity and a compari50n of the accounts presented with
those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures
in the accounts. and seekin8 explanations concerning any such matters. The
procedures undertaken do not promde all the evidence that would be required in
full audit, and consequently I do not express an audit opinion on the accounts.
Independent Examinees Statement
In connection with my examination, no matters ha￿ come to my attention
al which give me reasonable cause to believe that in any material respect
the requirements to keep accounting records in accordance with
Section 130 of the Act and to prepare accounts which accord with those
accounting records have not been met

a proper understanding of the accounts to be reathed.
