**Objects:** 1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF MATURE PERSONS ON THE WIRRAL PENINSULA (THE WIRRAL) PARTICULARLY THOSE WHO HAVE ATTAINED THE AGE OF 50 YEARS2) TO PROVIDE OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION, IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE, OF OPPORTUNITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH OPPORTUNITIES WITH THE AIM OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF SUCH PERSONS

**Activities:** To advance the education of mature persons on the Wirral Peninsula, particularly those who have attained the age of 50 years.To provide or assist in the provision, in the interests of social welfare, of opportunities for recreation or other leisure time occupation for people who have need of such opportunities with the aim of improving the conditions of life of such persons.
