REFLECTION NETWORK TRUSTEES ANNUAL REPORT
Charity Reg No: 1115145
30th September 2024
Charity relaunch
On 6.7.24 the Board approved the transfer of Reflection Network operations to newly formed charity (CIO) The Reflection Project (TRP), charity registration number 1208641. TRP was formed in June 2024 in order to continue and develop the work of Reflection Network, with charitable objects more closely aligned with charitable activities. One of Reflection Network’s trustees, Ahmed Tudor Payne, has continued as a trustee of TRP, and another two have been recruited. The TRP website is therefectionproject.org
Existing Reflection Network grants and donations will be transferred to TRP in order to complete the projects to which the grants (restricted) and donations (unrestricted) have been assigned. Once this transfer of activities is complete, final accounts will be prepared, the Reflection Network bank account will be closed, and we will complete the procedure for closing a charitable company. We expect this process to be complete by the end of 2025.
