Section D Achievements and performance
Multispecialty health camps were resumed following a pause of these Summary of the main during the COVID-19 pandemic. Three were held: on 30[th] Oct 2022, 6[th] achievements of the charity Nov 2022 and 2[nd] April 2023. COVID-appropriate safety precautions were during the year observed. Support for children with social and educational needs has continued, with regular assessments observing safety for the Trustees as well as families. School fees and expenses continue to be provided, with the number of children increasing every few months. The Dispensary at Goindwal Sahib is continuing to run daily. First aid camps continue to be held at the Darbar Sahib/Golden Temple, Amritsar, on and around festivals. A fundraising event was held for the first time since the COVID-19 pandemic, on Queen Elizabeth’s Platinum Jubilee.

Largely, money is sent to the Trust’s (registered in India) account in India by direct bank transfer. From the Indian account, cheques, drafts and cash are issued to be directly spent on the objects. Some direct transactions for activities occur from UK accounts.
The Trust has fixed deposits in Punjab National Bank, UK, totalling over £80,000, ensuring financial security and buffering.
