(2) TO PROMOTE EDUCATION FOR MEMBERS OF THE AFRICAN AND OTHER BLACK AND ETHNIC COMMUNITIES, PARTICULARLY BY FACILITATING ACCESS TO EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES. (3) TO RELIEVE POVERTY AND ADVANCE EDUCATION OF PEOPLE IN ECONOMICALLY UNDER-DEVELOPED COMMUNITIES IN AFRICA
