Activities
It is an educational project for young children of secondary school age on the Cape Verdean Island of Sao Vicente. Education is free only until age 14, so many able children have to leave school as their parents are unable to meet the costs for them to stay on. The trust raises money to enable children to continue education. Currently 16 students are being supported.
Objects: To Advance Education By The Payment Of Bursaries Or Scholarships To Needy Girls Or Boys Aged 13 To 19 Years In The Cape Verde Islands To Enable Such Girls Or Boys To Remain In Full Time Education, Or Y Such Other Means Charitable According To The Law Of England And Wales In Any Part Of The World As The Trustees Shall In Their Absolute Discretion Determine.
