Objects4.1 The objects of the Charity are:4.1.1 to safeguard, protect and preserve the good health, both mental and physical, of children and parents or other carers of children;4.1.2 to prevent cruelty to or maltreatment of children;4.1.3 to relieve sickness, poverty and need amongst children and parents or other carers of children;4.1.4 to promote the education of the public in better standards of child care;within the areas of Banbury, Bicester and Chipping Norton and their environs.

**Activities:** Home-Start Banbury & Chipping Norton is a voluntary organisation which is committed to promoting the welfare of families with at least one child under five years of age.Volunteers offer regular support, friendship and practical help to families under stress in their own homes helping to prevent family crisis and breakdown.
