To address the risk of fraud through management blas and overrtde of controls, we:
perfornied analytlcal procedures to Identlfy any unusual or unexpected relatlonshlps.,

To address the rlsk of non-compliance ￿th laws and regulations, we o?mmunicated Identlfied laws and regulatlons

Secondly, the charitable wmpany Is subject to grants terms and conditions where the consequences of non-
compllance could have a material effect on amounts or disclosures in the financial statements, for instance through
the temilnatlon of grants. We Identified the following areas as Ihose most likely to have suth an effect: Charfty
Commission inspedions and health and safety legislation regulations. Auditing standards limit the requlred audlt
procedures to identify non-compllance wlth these laws and regulatlons to enqulry of the Trustees and other
management and Inspection of regulatory and legal correspondence, if any. Therefore, if a breach of operational
regulations is not disdosed to us or evident from relevant correspondence. an audit will not detect that breach.
We Communicated identified fraud risks and non-compllance with laws and regulations wlth those tharged with

There are inherent limitations In the gudit procedures described above. We are less likely to become aware of
instances of nonwcompliance with laws and regulations that are not doseEy related to events and transactions
