Achievements and Performance
This year our service has supported 35 clients, delivering approximate￿ 690 hours of personalised
support each week, and continuing to prioritise independence. wellbeing. and meaningful engagement,
Alongside our core provision, we have significantly expanded our life skills programme, offering
structured sessions in cooking, baking, household tasks, and Seed to tsble acts'vits'es in our allotment
area, where clients take part in planting, nurturing, harvesting, and using their own produce. These
sessions have strengthened confidence, routine, and practical daily living skills. Our commitment to
community involvement has grown through a range of external partnerships.. Find Your Voice delivered
expressive Music and singing Workshops that encouraged communication. (xealivty. and emotional
expression; local universities provided speech and language therapy placements, giving clients t8rgeted
communication support while contributing to student leaming" and leaming disability nurses worked wth
us to deliver ac￿$•ble health education sessions focused on wellbeing. self advocacy. and
understanding personal health needs. also collaborated wth Lead the Way to run a 12 week Happy
Healthy Relationships cour8e. supporting dients to explore t￿UndarieS, friendships, and emotional
resilience. Our ongoing partnership with local care honw has continued to offer valuable work
placement opportunities for our Skillshop members. enabling them lo develop workplace behaviours,
social skills. and a sense of purpose in real world environments. In addition to our day to day work. we
successfulty delivered both ourannual charity gala and ourend of yearshow, which notonly showcased
the tslents and achievements of the people we support but also raised essential funds that help us
maintain resources, equipmen( and opportunities that directly enhance the qualty of our seNice.
Overall, this year has been marked by growth, collaboration, and a continued commitment to providing
enriching, person centred experiences for everyone who accesses our supporL
