Objects: The Trustees Shall Pay The Annual Income Of The Trust Fund To The Council For General Purposes While And So Long As The Council Shall And Otherwise Than Out Of The Income Of The Trust Fund Maintain In Good Condition In The Churchyard Of Mary Magdalen Battlefield The Graves In Which Are Deposited The Remains Of The Winnall Family And If And So Far As The Gravestones Or The Inscription On Them Shall Be Broken Or Defaced Or In Need Of Repair Amend And Restore And If And So Far As May Be Necessary Rebuild The Same And Also Keep The Grave Spaces And The Remainder Of The Churchyard And Its Boundary Walls Fences And Gates In Good Order And The Grass Cut.
